An Abbreviated Version Of The Fast

I was called to a 90 Day Fast, 24 hours per day, on bread, and water, and receiving the Consecrated Eucharist at Daily Mass. I had planned on doing a 1 Day fast but instead, it lasted much longer than that. I told my family physician about the fast and showed him the records  I had been keeping. He agreed to monitor my blood and take other medical vitals during the entire fast.

I also told Jolene about the Fast. Without telling me she immediately went to see the family doctor and who informed her that he was monitoring my fast. He wasn’t in favor of this fast but assured Jolene that he would continue to monitor me.

The Light seemed to be with me at all times throughout the fast. During this time Jesus spoke often with me and told me many things. Shortly after the fast, I began my ENCOUNTERS with Heaven and Hell.
